On September 22, 2016 at 10:50 AM, Patrolman Anthony Robbins stopped a motor vehicle, driven by Drew Hartrum, 50 of High Bridge, NJ on Halstead Street for Improper Passing. During the course of the stop, Patrolman Robbins observed indications that the passenger, James Summers, 50 also of High Bridge, NJ was in possession of illegal narcotics. Summers was subsequently found to be in possession of suspected Heroin. Hartrum was issued a summons for Careless Driving. Summers was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance. He was released and scheduled to appear in Hunterdon County Superior Court on Sept. 30, 2016.
